One unique way to get your players and fans ready for the game

A few weeks ago I took my sons to their first NFL game. We watched our favorite team, the Indianapolis Colts, play the Jacksonville Jaguars. One of the best and most exciting parts for my sons – and many of the thousands of fans – was watching the Colts take the field.

It was electric! By the time the last Colt, Reggie Wayne, a member of the USA Football All-Fundamentals Team, was entering the tunnel to run on the field, the crowd had reached a fever pitch, and my boys were right there with them.

It makes me think of some of the more interesting and unique ways teams of all levels enter the field. From youth football teams who just couldn’t seem to make it through their banner, to the California high school team featured in the movie When the Game Stands Tall, who held hands while walking onto the field, each one is unique in its own way.

Today, I came across a video of a high school team who may have one of the most unique field entrances I’ve seen. They are bringing new meaning to Baha Men’s song “Who Let the Dogs Out,” and their crowd absolutely loves it!

Check out the video below, and share your comments on what makes a great field entrance.
