Steve Czerwon is today’s guest on the USA Football Coach and Coordinator podcast. Czerwon is the head coach at Muskegon Catholic Central (Muskegon, Mich.), which has won four consecutive state titles in Michigan. Czerwon discusses the challenges of coaching at a small school, what he gained from coaching sub-varsity football and why Muskegon Central Catholic has used some of the same terminology for the last four decades.
