Trevor Stellman is today’s guest on the USA Football Coach and Coordinator podcast. Stellman is the offensive coordinator at St. Thomas More College (Crestview Hills, Ky.). In 2015, he oversaw an offense that tallied 583 points and 6,019 total yards. He discusses his RPO scheme, how to attack man defenses and how he builds culture and identity in an offensive unit.
