Jeff Fox joins today’s USA Football Coach and Coordinator podcast. Fox is the head coach at Nordonia High School (Macedonia, Ohio), which posted a 14-1 record and a berth in the Ohio Division II state title game in 2014. In the three seasons prior to Fox’s hire, Nordonia won a total of six games—a number Fox immediately topped in his first season (2012) with seven victories. He speaks with Keith about rebuilding programs, why his coaches wear headsets during practice and how he builds culture in his program.
