Today’s guest on the Coach and Coordinator podcast is Elmer Britton. Britton is a retired coach that has been inducted into the Indiana Football Hall of Fame for his achievements. Over the course of four decades of coaching experience, he amassed an overall record of 244-162-2. Britton also coached ESPN NFL analyst Jon Gruden. In the podcast, he discusses his path to coaching, the semi-option offense and how he develops players.
