Terry Shea joins Keith Grabowski on today’s USA Football Coach and Coordinator podcast. Shea has been a quarterbacks coach at the college and NFL levels. His expertise coaching QBs led him to consulting work for future NFL draft prospects. Most recently, he worked with Robert Griffin III (second overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft).  He published a QB development book, Eyes Up, which he discusses in the podcast.
