Jim Hilvert joins this In-Season edition of the USA Football Coach and Coordinator podcast. Hilvert is in his first year as the head coach at Baldwin Wallace University (Ohio). Before starting with Baldwin Wallace, he served as the head  coach at Cincinnati powerhouse La Salle High School in 2015 and 2016.
