How you can improve your time management skills as a student-athlete

As a student-athlete, time management is one of the most important skills to learn. From homework, to practice and social life, the juggling act for time is more stretched than ever for families. There are many things parents and coaches can do to help guide children through the daily routine of prioritizing tasks.

Focusing on what’s “important,” yet “not urgent” will make a huge difference in your effectiveness as a student-athlete. Taking time to plan at the beginning of each week, will help you take a proactive approach to your life.
