Kevin Hogan of the Cleveland Browns earns National Team Alumni NFL Player of the Week honors

As another week in the NFL has concluded, let's take a look and see how U.S. National Team alums faired in Week 5, presented by Upper Deck.

Kevin Hogan, Cleveland Browns

During Sunday's game against the New York Jets, Hogan, who played on the 2011 U-19 National Team, took over in the second half, after replacing Browns starting quarterback DeShone Kizer.

During the second half, Hogan completed 16 of 19 passes for 194 yards and two touchdowns. Hogan also had four rushing attempts for 30 yards.

Hogan also had a 122.4 QB rating.

The Browns fell to the New York Jets, 17-14, but Hogan's impressive game has earned him USA Football's National Team NFL Player of the Week.

Devin Funchess, Carolina Panthers

In Sunday's 27-24 victory over the Detroit Lions, Funchess a 2012 National Team member, had a second straight impressive game.

Funchess had seven receptions for 53 yards and one touchdown. He was also last week’s National Team player of the week after hauling in seven catches for 70 yards and two touchdowns.

Shaquill Griffin, Seattle Seahawks

During Sunday's game, Griffin, a member of the 2013 U-19 National Team, had six solo tackles, a season high, in the Seahawks' 16-10 win over the L.A. Rams.

The Seahawks’ defense held another National Team alum, Rams running back Todd Gurley to 50 all-purpose yards, a season-low for Gurley.

Jordan Poyer, Buffalo Bills

Poyer was a member of the 2009 U-19 World Championship Team.

The Buffalo Bills fell to the Cincinnati Bengals, 20-16; however, Poyer had three tackles and one interception for 13 yards.
