He’s also coached at Plymouth State (New Hampshire) University, Willamette (Oregon) University, Mount Ida College (Massachusetts), Curry College (Massachusetts) and Bridgton Academy (Maine). He played on the offensive line at Fitchburg State and Worcester State (Massachusetts) on the offensive line. On the podcast, Johnson talks about the importance of culture, evaluating and celebrating the offensive line and using the scout team, among other topics.
