128 playoff games will take place in Illinois this weekend; see who the favorites are in each class. Ohio will announce its playoff qualifiers on Sunday, and 15 more states will see teams battle their way through playoff brackets in hopes of making it to the state finals.

Hamilton (Chandler) and Chandler (Chandler) will face off Friday night in Arizona. This matchup will either solidify Chandler as the 6A Premier league title if they come away with a win or create a three-way tie at the top of the class, if Hamilton comes away with a win.

Chandler, the defending 6A state champions, features the second-ranked quarterback, wide receiver and running back in the state, according to MaxPreps. Quarterback Jacob Conover is fielding offers from Alabama, Arizona, Bringham Young and many more. Alongside Conover is Bringham Young commit wide receiver Gunner Romney, and running back Drake Anderson.

Hamilton’s quarterback, Tyler Shough, is looking to lead his team to their first win over Chandler since 2013; Shough is committed to play at Oregon. Alongside Shough is Syracuse recruit commit, running back Jawhar Jordan, and sophomore wide receiver Brenden Rice, son of Hall of Fame receiver Jerry Rice.

Chandler will host Hamilton Friday night at 7 p.m.

A big matchup brews in Texas as Max Preps No.17 ranked DeSoto in Texas, and Duncanville No. 12 is set to face off against Duncanville.

DeSoto and Duncanville both enter Friday night’s game 7-0, and both teams have dominated defenses. The Duncanville Eagles have not allowed more than 13 points since their season opener, and the DeSoto Panthers haven't allowed more than 14 points in their last six games.

The Panthers feature safety German Green, a Michigan recruit, and wide receiver and Arkansas recruit BJ Hanspard. On the other sideline, the Eagles have running back, Keilon Elder who is considering Cornell, Grambling State, and Northeastern State.

In Indiana, two of the state’s best parochial schools will face off Friday as a result of the state’s blind tournament draw an all-inclusive format. Roncalli (Indianapolis), ranked fourth in Class 5A, defending 4A state champs and winner of nine state titles, will face crosstown rival Cathedral, ranked fifth in 5A and winner of 12 state crowns. The teams will play at Tech High School at 7 p.m.
