This week's #FridayNightRewind, brought to you by Tackle Tube USA, starts in Alabama USA Today No. 2 IMG Academy (Bradenton, Florida) improved to 7-0 with a 32-21 road victory over Hoover.
A host of future Division I players came up with big plays for IMG, including running back and Alabama-commit Trey Sanders, who scored after a 70-yard interception return by Michigan-bound linebacker Charles Thomas:

Quarterback and Minnesota-commit Zack Annexstad had a 38-yard touchdown pass for IMG. The Ascenders host Bishop Sullivan Catholic (Virginia Beach, Virginia) in their final game of the season next Saturday.
Indiana's top team stays perfect with win over rival

In the 92nd meeting between two Indianapolis powers with 16 state titles between them, USA Today No. 11 Ben Davis beat Warren Central in a 36-29 classic.
Kyle Neddenriep of the Indianapolis Star reports quarterback and Indiana-bound Reese Taylor connected with KeSean Tunstill for the go-ahead score with 5:05 remaining. After a defensive stop, Taylor broke off a 35-yard run to the Warren 5-yard line, where the Giants ran out the clock.
Taylor completed his last nine passes to finish 15-for-19 for 154 yards, to go with 21 carries for 135 yards. Ben Davis rushed for 394 yards, led by Johnny Adams' 13 carries for 177 yards.
Miramar knocks off St. Thomas Aquinas in big Florida tilt
In a battle of one-loss squads, Miramar scored the final 21 points to defeat USA Today No. 13 St. Thomas Aquinas in Fort Lauderdale.
Tim Whelan of USA Today Sports says entering Friday night, Aquinas had allowed just 42 points on the season. Miramar beat that in one evening:

Aquinas led 27-23 near the end of the third quarter, then it was all Miramar (9-1). Steve Williams scored on a QB draw from 13 yards out and running back Ralph Hughey ran 37 yards for a score with 9:08 left. The visitors sealed it when freshman running back Katravis Geter Jr. scored his third TD of the night.
Alabama power stays unbeaten as transfer QB excels
Thompson (Alabaster, Alabama) moved to 10-0 with a 33-27 win over Hillcrest, as quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa went 27-of-47 for 392 yards and four TDs.
Tagovailoa, a four-star dual-threat recruit, is the younger brother of Alabama backup QB Tua Tagovailoa. Cam Smith of USA Today Sports reports he and his family moved from Hawaii to Tuscaloosa for the 2017-18 school year so they could be close to the elder brother.
The 5-11, 200-pound Tagovailoa came into the week with 2,553 yards and 25 TDs with just five interceptions. He could win a state title in his new location. Thompson's perfect season includes a 32-25 triumph over perennial power Hoover.
QB breaks another Deshaun Watson record

Evan Greenberg of the Daily Tribune News reports Cartersville (Georgia) stayed unbeaten with a 52-13 win over Troup County, as the Hurricanes won their 40th straight game and sixth consecutive region championship.
Quarterback and Clemson-commit Trevor Lawrence had two touchdown passes, to give him 156 for his career and surpass Houston Texans QB Deshaun Watson's previous state record.
“It’s cool,” said Lawrence, whose team now sits 10-0. “I knew it was going to come eventually.”
