Today’s guest on this “NCAA Leaders” edition of the USA Football Coach and Coordinator podcast is Bob Trott, defensive coordinator at James Madison University. Trott, the 2017 Football Scoop FCS Coordinator of the Year, helped JMU achieve a 28-2 record over the past two seasons, including a national championship in 2016 and runner-up finish last fall. This past season, the Dukes were No. 1 in scoring defense, interceptions and pass defense efficiency.
In today’s episode, Trott and host Keith Grabowski discuss how sound fundamentals lead to a consistent defense.
