The U.S. National Team Middle School Bowl Game Series concluded Sunday at the Ford Center at the Star in Frisco, Texas, with three games. They saved the most dramatic ending for last.
Game 3: U-15 Stars 18, U-15 Stripes 15
The Woodlands, Texas resident Caden Miller's 37-yard field goal as time expired game the Stars the victory, after the Stripes had rallied for a late tie to overcome a 15-0 deficit.

The Stripes tied the game after a 2-yard Rodney Talton run and a 49-yard Braden Lynch TD reception. The latter came with 4:46 to play, and Esteban Soto's two-point conversion run knotted the score at 15-15.

Lynch (three catches, 94 yards, TD), from Claremont, California, and Stars quarterback Cade Klubnik (11 of 16, 175 yards, TD), from West Lake Hills, Texas, claimed Game MVP honors for their respective teams.
The Stars' Noah Naidoo broke loose for a 53-yard touchdown run with 3:18 remaining in the third quarter to extend their lead over the Stripes.

Defensive leaders in the game included the Stars' Daniel Norocea (four tackles and a sack), and the Stripes' Dawson McCurry (four tackles). Calder Bray had two of the Stars' five sacks.
Klubnik found Blair Schonhorst wide open for a 49-yard touchdown pass on a fourth-and-5 play with 7:12 remaining in the first half.

The Stars' Connor Thompson sacked Stripes' quarterback Hayden Ferguson in the end zone for a safety to account for their other two points.

The Stars' Jamari Stone bounced off a couple of would-be tacklers en route to a 6-yard touchdown run that broke a 7-7 tie, which had stood since early in the second quarter.

Stars Game MVP Allen Mitchell, from Ballwin, Missouri, caught one touchdown pass and ran for another. His 24-yard TD catch opened the game's scoring, and his 22-yard touchdown run with 7:04 to play extended the Stars' lead to 21-7. He led the Stars with 69 rushing yards on just 10 carries.
Sky Moon, the Stripes' MVP from nearby Carrollton, Texas, tied Dylan Coyle, Marquis Lundy, Aidan Fortenber and Jaxon Lawdermil for team-high honors with five tackles (Moon's four solo tackles were a team best). Moon also collected a tackle for loss and a quarterback hit.

The Stars' final score came when Joshua Santos picked up an errant snap and ran it 7 yards for a TD, to extend their lead to 28-7 with 6:06 to play.
U-14 Stars offensive coordinator Sam Lundberg goes airborne to celebrate with Joshua Santos after he returned a fumble for a fourth-quarter touchdown.
The Stripes evened the score with 8:55 remaining in the first half on Carson Green's 8-yard touchdown run and Pierce Thomas Burns' extra point. A 38-yard pass from Bryce Fucik to Sebastian Terris just before the first quarter ended set up Green's run.

Game 1: U-14 Courage 37, U-14 Pride 7
The Courage built a 23-0 lead early in the third quarter and never looked back. Yahmonta Johnson, a running back from Denver, ran for a pair of touchdowns, Alexander Jackson threw two TDs in the second half and Vosky Jackson led everyone with 94 rushing yards on just six carries, including a 77-yard TD run.
The Courage's Caleb Mitchell (three tackles, two for loss, 1 reception, 10 yards) and the Pride's Gavin Caral (68-yard TD catch for the Pride's lone score) took home game MVP honors. Mitchell's 10-yard catch came on a fourth-and-10 to extend a drive that led to a field goal.
The Pride's Cole Martin, Shane Armstrong and Roman Hart led everyone with six tackles.
Johnson scored the game's first two touchdowns, on runs of 3 and 12 yards, and Joshua Gil's 28-yard field goal as time expired in the first half gave the Courage a 16-0 halftime edge.
Johnson's first TD was set up by a 40-yard halfback option pass from Adrian Minard to Robert Holt, which took the ball from the Courage 32-yard line to the Pride 28.
The game's biggest plays came in the third quarter. Howard's 77-yard TD run gave the Courage a 23-0 edge, then Caral's 68-yard touchdown catch from Jahsier Ratliff put the Pride on the board (23-7). Two plays later, Joshua Gerlach II took a pass from Jackson and sprinted 85 yards down the right sideline for another score and a 30-7 Courage advantage.
Robert Holt's 6-yard TD reception from Jackson on the Courage's next possession rounded out the scoring with 39 seconds remaining in the third quarter.
