On our final “Home Team” podcast of 2018, Randy Jackson joins guest host Joel Nellis to share lessons he learned during his career about making family a priority and working smarter, not harder.

Jackson is the head football coach and athletic coordinator at North Forney (Texas) High School. The Falcon program, which struggled prior to his arrival, posted a 10-3 record in his first season. Jackson used proven strategies of leadership development, relationship building, accountability, toughness, and his ‘everything matters’ mantra to quickly turn around his program.
