National Conference: Why I Attend – Part I

Ron White, commissioner of the Golden Empire Youth Football League, is a veteran National Conference attendee. Throughout his years of attending every Conference, Ron has experienced hundreds of speakers and sessions.

Through these experiences, Commissioner White has developed a list of his top five reasons to attend National Conference:

Out of all the sessions White has attended at past Conferences, he says his favorite topics are Risk Management, Positive Coaching Alliance, Social Media Management and Concussion Awareness. Each of these sessions provided him with great content, which has helped him evolve his youth program.

“The Conference has provided the opportunity to really refine the way we manage our program, the way we look at and mitigate risk and confirm national standards and practices,” said White.
