[PODCAST] Keith Grabowski, Denver sports doctors discuss athletes transitioning into the workforce, pro sports

By Keith Grabowski | Posted 11/28/2018

This week in the Smart Coaching series, Keith Grabowski, Dr. Gearity and Dr. Kuklick wrap up this podcast series by discussing athlete transitions. This is an on-going process that applies to high school and college student-athletes as they move into the workforce or professional sports. The structure around being an athlete becomes so embedded into their lifestyle that when that chapter of life concludes, the question becomes, “How does one handle that transition?” Keith and the doctors discuss personal transition stories as well as solutions to help athletes transition to new sport levels and/or life after sports.
