Coach Leonard is the head coach at Sacred-Hearts Griffin High School and is the all-time winningest coach in the state of Illinois with 379 wins, and 5 state championships. Coach Thomas is the assistant coach at Sacred-Heart Griffin High School who also specializes in the team’s leadership and character development. The coaches discuss what drives their team’s culture, leadership and character as well as what they will present at National Conference.
