In this episode of the Coach and Coordinator podcast, Keith Grabowski is joined by Mansfield (Texas) Lake Ridge High School campus athletic coordinator and head coach Kirk Thor. Coach Thor introduces us to the Knowledge Management System he uses in his program. The system ensures the coaching staff is receiving the same information without any drop off when sharing amongst each other and players. The system contains the “why” and the “what” of Coach Thor’s program and can be applied to any program.
