Today’s guest on the USA Football Coach and Coordinator podcast is Matt Drinkall, current offensive assistant at Army West Point and former head coach at Kansas Wesleyan University. Drinkall was selected to be a participant in the 2018 American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) 35 under 35 Coaches Leadership Institute. This program is designed to identify and develop future leaders in the football coaching profession. On today’s episode, Drinkall talks about the similarities between the offense at Army and the offense his teams ran at Kansas Wesleyan. Coach also opens up about the culture he helped build at Kansas Wesleyan.
