Today's guest is Eric Kasperowicz, the head coach of Pine-Richland High School (Gibsonia, Pa.), a top program in western Pennsylvania. In 2017, Kasperowicz led Pine-Richland to a state title and this past offseason was named an Under Armor All-American Coach. He joins the USA Football Coach and Coordinator podcast to discuss how he plans his summer program for his players, coaches and parents.
