The 2019 season marks coach’s fifth year as the head coach of the Seahawks with prior stints as Wagner’s offensive coordinator, Cornell’s (N.Y.) offensive coordinator, Hudson Valley Community College’s (N.Y.) head coach. He began his coaching career at Milford Academy (N.Y.). Hoss joined the podcast today to talk about his transition to head coach at Wagner and how he builds his program.
