On today’s Coach and Coordinator podcast, host Keith Grabowski is joined by Bobby Acosta, offensive coordinator at The College of St. Scholastica (Minn.), for an “All In on Offense” segment. Prior to being brought in as OC this year, Acosta spent two seasons as the offensive coordinator at Bucknell University (Pa.), two more as the wide receivers coach at Syracuse, one season as head coach at Widener University (Pa.) and two seasons as tight ends coach at the University of Delaware, where he assisted in the development of Super Bowl champion quarterback Joe Flacco. Acosta joined the podcast today to share his ideas on building a culture through a network of systems.
