Centers: How to set against a 0-technique

Centers have difficult jobs to begin with, and it can only get more challenging when they see a defensive lineman in the 0-technique on the other side of the neutral zone.

Going one-on-one against a nose guard is a massive responsibility and requires centers to be precise and deliberate in their actions.

C.J. Davis of the LeCharles Bentley OL Performance breaks down how a center should set against the 0-technique, including establishing a kickstand, setting where you're strong and using hands independently.
