Todd Gurley snags U.S. National Team Alumni NFL Player of the Week

The Los Angeles Rams are continuing their winning ways, and are still leading the NFC West.

After Sunday's 51-17 win over the New York Giants, the Rams are now 6-2 this season.

2012 National Team alum and Rams running back Todd Gurley, earned this week's U.S. National Team Alumni NFL Player of the Week honor, presented by Upper Deck.

During Sunday's matchup, Gurley had 16 rushing attempts for 59 yards and two touchdowns, along with two receptions for 45 yards.

Funchess helps Panthers to win in NFC South matchup

The Carolina Panthers improved to 6-3 on the season after their 20-17 win over the NFC South division rival Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.

Panthers wide receiver Devin Funchess who was a member of the 2012 National Team, had five receptions for 86 yards.

Mathieu makes plays for Cardinals

Coming out of a bye week, the Arizona Cardinals defeated NFC West foe, San Francisco 49ers 20-10.

Cardinals safety Tyrann Mathieu was a member of the 2010 U.S. National Team. During Sunday’s game, Mathieu had three tackles and one forced fumble.

The Cardinals will be back in action Thursday night as they face the Seattle Seahawks.
