From now through kickoff at USA Football's 2018 National Conference at Pro Bowl, we will take a look at some of the notable speakers and sessions on the docket for one of the country’s largest gatherings of high school football coaches.

Name: Jake Gilbert

His background: Gilbert is coaching in his 20th season overall and seventh at Westfield High School, where he has lead the Shamrocks to the 2016 Class 5A State Championship and 2013 State Runner Up, winning Coach of the Year awards both seasons. Before Westfield, Coach Gilbert served as the Defensive Coordinator for Wabash College and was a finalist for the National Coordinator of the Year in 2008. Coach Gilbert has also served as the head coach at North Montgomery High School and as an assistant at Ben Davis High School. He is active in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and has a wife, Christina, and three football-playing sons: Logan, Jackson, and Tyson.
