On today’s episode of the Coach and Coordinator podcast, host Keith Grabowski is joined by Steven Ciocci, offensive line coach at Bryant University (R.I.). In 2018, Ciocci was part of an Florida International University’s offensive line staff that guided a unit to only allow eight sacks in 13 games, ranking third in the country behind “run happy” programs Army and Air Force. Ciocci joins the podcast today to talk about the basic coaching points he uses to teach his linemen.
