From now through kickoff at USA Football's 2018 National Conference at Pro Bowl, we will take a look at some of the notable speakers and sessions on the docket for one of the country’s largest gatherings of high school football coaches.

His background: Dougherty is the head coach at Galesburg (Illinois) High School. He has been a head coach for 28 years and has a total record of 184-96. Coach Dougherty is a two-time state runner-up. In 2009, he was inducted into the Illinois High School Football Coaches Association Hall of Fame.
