To close out 2017, USA Football is re-publishing the 12 best podcasts of the year. This is the eighth podcast of the series. Look for the remaining four podcasts in the coming days.
Coach Kasperowicz’s approach to how he develops a program through all four years of high school is impressive. In this podcast, he shares his approach and gives the details of how his players are coached for four years by varsity coaches. I love his easy-to-implement idea of a peanut butter and jelly and chocolate milk bar to make sure his players are fueled for practice each day. His ability to lead and develop a culture is evident as he shares ideas in this podcast. Kasperowicz was named the 6A Pennsylvania Coach of the Year following their 2017 state championship season.
