It was an honor to be able to talk with Coach Herb Hand, the offensive line coach at Auburn University. Coach Hand has been instrumental in helping develop one of the most explosive offenses in the country at Auburn. He shares some great advice for coaches in this podcast. 

In this episode, Coach Hand talks about how he builds a culture with his offensive line, what he looks for in a recruit, how to create work- balance and much more.
